Inspired by the Hughes & Kettner Spirit Of Metal… The patch offers three unique settings, each tailored to capture a different aspect of the amp’s aggressive metal voice, from tight rhythm tones to soaring leads and saturated high-gain textures.
Rather than focusing on high gain tones, this patch is built around the dynamic, touch sensitive character of the amp’s lower gain range. From clean, chimey sounds to rich, edge of breakup crunch. The goal is to capture that distinctive Orange warmth, midrange presence and slightly gritty response that makes this amp so versatile.
This patch focuses on the amp’s higher gain range, delivering thick saturation, aggressive midrange and a smooth but powerful lead response. The aim is to capture that signature Orange character, tight low end, pronounced mids and a slightly raw edge that cuts through the mix while still feeling controlled and musical.

Key parameters such as reverb type, decay time, and modulation depth have been fine tuned to mirror the Cloudburst's unique characteristics. The result is a rich, immersive audio experience that allows musicians to explore expansive sonic textures reminiscent of the pedal, all while ensuring ease of use and flexibility in various musical contexts. The volume pedal has been integrated into the start of the effects chain to produce smooth swirls that allows the ambience to follow without any tone loss.

This patch has been intricately designed to emulate the Ghostnote guitar pedal by Swirls. By carefully analysing the original pedal's unique tonal characteristics, I have recreated its signature sound through a combination of modulation effects and dynamic filtering. The patch captures the essence of the Ghostnote, allowing musicians to experience its rich, textured tones while maintaining ease of use. This patch ensures that users can achieve the desired effects seamlessly, making it an ideal choice for both live performances and studio recordings.
